You can also﻿ buy NEW or USED SIM CARDS....which allow you to call anywhere in the world or sms...and depending on your mobile (CELL) use the net....the SIM will cost you about 10 euro...new or used.

You only need a photo copy of your passport....nothing else.....!!!!!!!!!!!!

The rest of the world is more advance than N.America. Sorry USA you have fallen wayyyy behind.</description>
