This glib article fails to mention that the EU's failure to subsidize and support Caribbean banana farmers will devastate the economy of several Caribbean islands. Not to mention the fact the multinational corporations that benefit from the new policies are the same ones who have been supporting the despotic central and south American “banana republics” since he early part of the 20th century. This new arrangement is a shameful abandonment of the Caribbean island by their former colonizers that will lead to a lot of suffering in the Caribbean.

My husband and I split our honeymoon between an active part and a resort part. We both agreed that we didn't like the resort part. We felt too isolated. And because we had already paid for everything, we didn't want to double pay if we left the resort for meals. Resort life just isn't for us.
That said, the relaxing by the pools and beach? Sounds fabulous. And we are definitely looking forward to that part of our upcoming trip!
You can see why we can never keep a Town Manager as he is Micro Managed by The Selectmen. Let him do his job and support him, we all want to lower our taxes, the Selectmen need to get off there a&*#$ and make a decision draft a plan and let the Town Manager execute it. Yes maybe its time for the Town employees to pay there fair share like all us non Town employees do….problem is The Selectmen are too afraid they wont get back in if they go the direction that is needed.
