Just got back from here, more like faulty towers. The staff were rude asking if we wanted to buy drugs, they were drinking behind the bar and got so drunk they tried groping this woman. Food was terrible cold an not cooked properly, bread was moldy. Never go there its shocking.

). One hotel section (A) looks directly at the karaoke bar and two restaurants, so it’s more than noisy at this side. Hotel walls are thin and seem to be made out of paper. And yes, it really smells in the restaurant (oh, it’s also overcrowded). Absolutely overrated hotel.

fancy hotel for poor people, staff are ignorant as hell. they just want your money. always check your change, everywere tries to rip you off. our hotel room bathroom stank, everytime the floor below or above us shat or smoked, the smell flooded into our room. minging. looks good definately, but trust me it isnt.

Danger in hotel, tried to exit hotel from 7th floor using staircase, to find fire exit doors were locked. pls advise as many people as possible including the british press that this hotel is unsafe. hotel staff not interested, laughed when we complained,food is crap but our safety is paramount. First choice hols were unobtainable so was hotel mgr, they do not care for safety and we want anyone who reads this who are thinking of staying here to contact their tour operator immeadiately!!!!

There is plenty to …
There is plenty to do outside the hotel though. Jet ski’s around £10-£20/10-20mins. paragliding, boat trips, banana boats, golf buggy hire, horse riding, tatoos. day trips – stay away from Dolphin trip/Varna & off road ( rubbish ). Khans tent was really good though & trip to istanbul is really nice although its 2 days. Copy bags & clothes everywhere & food/drink is cheaper just off main strip. You’ve got to try the ice cream !! ONLY CHANGE YOUR MONEY IN HOTEL, BANKS OR CROWN EXCHANGE.

I was there 2nd till 9th of june this year. Hotel does look fantastic & one of the best if not THE best on sunny beach, Only complaints are the dining area staff & the dining area its self. Staff are miserable at best & if you can find a clean table cloth, cutlery or even matching mugs you’ve done well. Go for the early sitting. I didn’t meet anyone in our hotel who said they’d come back again. Also make sure you go for a sea view room!! Only “entertainment” was a piano player….
