This has got to be a paid advertisement.
The toilet in our room would not flush properly we had to flush 8-12 times per use. We let our concerns be known and after two days of complaints the manger told us to WIPE AND PUT THE USED TOILET PAPER INTO THE WASTE BASKET AND NOT FLUSH IT DOWN THE TOILET. We spent our honeymoon either flushing the toilet multiple times or using the toilet in the lobby. It is not worth $200 per night per person to to try and flush my feces down a toileta

Hey there, they definetly were not full. They simply were not accomodating. I let my complaints be known to the #2 guy–couldn’t get past him to the # 1 guy.
It is indeed a beautiful resort and other than the feces incidents we enjoyed ourselves. We met other couples, some were happy others were not but I would say be wary of this particular resort since customer service was not top priority.

@loseweightmakemoney – suprised to hear this. Excellence is a top notch chain, but it doesnt mean that hardware fails and needs repairing. Perhaps the hotel was too full to move you. We dont get many complaints about this hotel at all. Im sorry to hear this.

We had our honeymoon there in Sept of last year. The place is amazing and this video just touches on the available amenties! We had a honeymoon suite with a private jacuzzi and sunbathing balcony. Excellence surpassed all of our expectations especially the quality of service! The staff is there to please for sure!
