Eric Idle!!!
Why …
Eric Idle!!!
Why isn’t he funny right now??
I have always loved …
I have always loved movies with Judd Nelson in them, simply because when he talks I hear Hot Rod.
I’ve grown up but I *completely* dork out when this movie is involved. Proudly. I know that Spectre General was actually called Kick Axe.
Oh, and I have no idea why Innocent/Guilty are backwards. My guess is that they did it on purpose to heavy-handedly show how backwards the rulings were.
Robot fish and 80s …
Robot fish and 80s hair metal and Eric Idle…
….I’m so confused.
Kill them, …
Kill them, presumably. Maybe extract info from them (they interrogated Kup in Five Faces of Darkness) first. I don’t believe we ever see anyone found “guilty”.
You have to remember that this isn’t a real court dispensing real justice. It’s their twisted game for their own agenda. Note that the guard tells Hot Rod and Kup that “you too shall receive your sentence” before they’ve even been put “on trial”.
From what we learn in FFoD, it is interesting that Kup and Hot Rod were found “innocent”.
@AeonMagnus what do …
@AeonMagnus what do they do with the guilty ones?
Because they’re …
Because they’re evil. It’s not like they’re going to give the innocent ones a lift back to wherever they came from and say “sorry for the inconvenience”. When they figure out that they’re “innocent”, they just dispose of them.
Kind of like tossing away the Skittles that you don’t like (the innocent ones) and eating the ones you do (the guilty ones). Either way, they’re doomed.
Will somebody tell …
Will somebody tell me why, “inocent” hapens to mean “hay kid im gonna kill ya anyway.”

yeah rodimus did’nt do anything
For some reason Hot …
For some reason Hot Rod in the movie is still 10 times the warrior than Rodimus in the series. He shot up a shuttle full of Decepticons, defeat a giant robot octopus, fought off the sharkicons with Kup, went toe-to-toe with Galvatron.

Yes, it does. When Springer says “Kup and Hot Rod just bought it”, the underwater scene shows what happened as a result of the crash.

does this part start out exactly after the other one ended, because I think I might have missed something in order to understand why hot rod is underwater

Note that the movie was animated in 4:3. Any widescreen version is the 4:3 version with the top chopped off, not additional visuals on the sides.
